AutoComplete: Tesla delays its price bump until Wednesday
Cars
Here's what's making news on road show.
Last week, Tesla announced that it was going to leave a bunch of retail stores open and raise the prices on its cars by around 3%.
This price book was supposed to go into effect on Monday, but Tesla has decided to extend the lower prices until 12am on Wednesday due to what it calls.
Unusually high order volumes.
So, if you wanna save a little bit of quiche on your Tesla, now is the time.
Fords large SUVs are better now than they've been and as such, people are going a little wild for them.
So much so, in fact, that Ford and Lincoln are having trouble meeting demand for the Navigator and Expedition.
To help remedy this, the blue oval will expand production of both models this summer by an additional 20%.
Which is pretty wild, considering this isn't the first time that Ford has done this for the navigator.
Porsche has been pretty open about the fact that it can turn the 992 911 into a hybrid like whenever it wants man.
But Porsche USA, Honcho Detlefon Platon says that won't happen until the market demands it.
So if you're one of the hardcore old school Porsche 911 fans that treats the introduction of anything new to the model as witchcraft.
In a sure sign of the times, that's probably good news.
If you're a weirdo, who actually wants to add more weight and complexity to one of the world's greatest empiricists, sports car designs, then you may be out of luck.
