>> Brian Tong here with cnet.com and I'll be showing the all new QuickTime in Mac OS X Snow Leopard. Cosmetically QuickTime has seen a facelift going borderless for a real clean look and the controls will fade out as you're watching a video. You can now trim your clips directly in QuickTime by adjusting where you want your clip to start and end and then instantly upload it to your Mobile Me account or You Tube. If you want to send the video directly to iTunes you have a chance to optimize it for the iPhone, Apple TV or computer if the original file has a high enough resolution to support it. You can also jump directly to videos with chapter markers and that isn't a new feature, but the new slick graphical interface to do so is. Once you set your video to full stream, there's also a button that fills out your video to the edges of the screen depending on the video format. QuickTime also appears to have many QuickTime pro features built in to it; you can make video and audio recordings in the application and for all of you that don't want to hunt for a third party's stream capture video tool, QuickTime has that too.
