Santa comes early with much-anticipated Samsung Galaxy Nexus

Many of you have been waiting with bated breath for the release of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus.
Well, rest easy it has arrived.
The first US phone to be equipped with Android's 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich operating system goes on sale online and in Verizon stores today.
It's shelf price is $299.99 for a 2 year agreement but Verizon is cutting all sorts of data promotions.

If the Galaxy Nexus isn't quite your speed and you're looking for something a little simpler then perhaps you'd be interested in the Nokia Lumia 710.
This week the Finnish phone maker and carrier T-Mobile announced this phone will be available on January 11th for the low price of $49.99.
It's the first Nokia phone that hit US shores with a Windows operating system.
It will also come loaded with several handy apps like Netflix and GPS.
Consider the Lumia 710 a good smart phone starter.
Now speaking of T-Mobile offering killer prices on smart phones, it's slashing prices this weekend at the so-called 4G Super Sale.
Customers can purchase all smart phones and monthly payments versus one big lump sum at the beginning.
Well you'll still have to commit to a service plan the deal is good for all flagship products.
The Samsung Galaxy S2, the HTC Amaze 4G, the Sonic 4G Mobile Hotspot and the T-Mobile G Slate Tablet.
The company PayPal has decided to throw its hat into the daily deals arena.
While there are already hundreds and hundred of companies fighting for your dollars, PayPal says its service will be unique and able to provide deals and discounts based on location and spending habits for its 100 million users.
Expect the service to go online in the 2nd quarter of next year.

The company Glassdoor has released its list of best places to work according to employees.
Number 1 is Financial Stalwarts, Bain & Company but 3 of the top 10 are companies with products you may use on a daily basis.
Facebook came in at number 3. Google at number 5 and Apple rounded at the list at number 10.
