Paintballing with Starship Troopers' Johnny Rico means no one quits
TV and Movies
Listen up troopers and you new recruits.
Welcome to the roughnecks.
We're here in Hollywood's Sports Park in Bellflower, California about to play Paintball for the launch of Starship Troopers Traitor of Mars with Johnny Rico himself, Casper Van Dien.
So, Goggles on I hope there's no bugs.
Johnny Rico's 20 years older and as am I.
And he's got a battle scar on his face as I have them internally.
What's [INAUDIBLE] up next!
[SOUND] I knew the story, I knew the characters I kinda knew what they will do, They're very familiar to me after these many years.
It's really awesome it looks so cool and the animation is amazing.
The director Shingi Armahi did a great job.
It's a great sequel to the first movie and it ties in all the films and the book
For the last 20 years, I have been Johnny Rico.
I can't go anywhere with somebody not quoting me or doing something.
And then today, I got to play Johnny Rico out there, paintball with all these crazy people, and we got to shoot each other and kill each other.
So we had a lot of fun.
We took him out, we took out Johnny Rico.
Why did I get shot first?
I don't know where anybody is, but there's a lot of fire happening, and I'm concerned I'm gonna be shot right in the helmet.
[SOUND] Crap, I got hit!
The war never ends.
The bugs are always out there.
Starship Troopers: Traitor of Mars hits digital release on August 22nd.
We killed them all!
