Good morning, welcome to Microsoft Build.
My name is John Knoll and I'm chief creative officer in Industrial Light and Magic.
The Apollo 11 moon landing was cutting edge technology in the 1960s and today with the help of my friend, fellow Apollo aficionado.
And author of A Man on the Moon, Andrew Chaikin.
We're gonna recreate the mission using some 21st Century technology using the power of Unreal Engine and HoloLens 2, Andrew.
Thank you John.
Well the Apollo 11 moon landing happened 50 years ago on July 20th 1969.
And like you I've been waiting for that for a long time.
And what made it possible with this.
It seems that doing a live demo is actually harder than the landing on the moon.
Thank you for your time.
