To access Skype on the wet you'll need to go to outlook dot com sign up for a free account there if you haven't already once you've done that sign it.
Click -- messaging icon on the top right corner and the messaging pane will appear.
It'll be on the right side.
Under the add people to chat with section click Skype contacts.
Now new window will pop up asking you to install the Skype plug -- to set -- calling from outlook dot com.
Click get started.
You'll then be asked if he'd like to -- -- Skype and Microsoft accounts so you can see your Skype contacts in outlook dot com.
