The LG Leon for T-Mobile is a compact and affordable handset that features a 4.5 inch display and Android 5.0 Lollipop.
As a device that costs $140 prepaid, its specs are distinctly mid-range.
The 4G LTE enabled handset has a 480 pixel resolution display.
A 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, and a five megapixel camera camera that can record 1080p full HD video.
It also has eight gigs of internal memory, but the available memory runs out quickly, so you'll most likely have to extend your storage with a microSD card up to 32 gigs.
Like with most budget phones, you'll have to make some sacrifices.
In addition to its mid-tier specs, the Leon is slow to respond at times.
And its rear-facing camera oddly doesn't have touch focus, though its front shooter does.
One positive feature we found was its battery life.
Its 1.82 ampere-hour removable battery lasted an impressive nine hours during a battery test for continuous video playback.
