I'm Jessica Dolcourt for CNET here at CES 2012 in Las Vegas where I am at the CNET booth and I am showing you the LG Connect 4G for MetroPCS.
This is one of two new LTE smart phones for them and it is the one with the more advanced feature set as well.
it all starts with the Android 2.3 Gingerbread of course.
It is not an Ice Cream Sandwich phone but perhaps it will be upgradable sometime soon.
It has a 4-inch screen.
Does use LG's Nova display which is known for being bright.
In fact it has 700 (??) of brightness which just means that it is indeed very very bright and it is.
It all runs off of a 1.2 gigahertz dual core processor for multi media there is a 5 mega pixel camera on the back with flash and there is a front facing camera as well so you can take a self portraits and also do video chats.
Because it is an LG phone, it also includes some special LG features in the skins such as gesture support.
The Connect 4G will be a Metro PCS flagship phone.
It will be available later in February but there is no pricing yet and no exact ship dates.
So stick with us.
If you're interested in learning more about this phone.
