Call the dog!
Is it too early to talk about Game of Thrones and Hodor on the Internet?
Well if you haven't seen the latest episode, then turn off this video now.
We were all saddened by the loss of our beloved Hodor on Game of Thrones season six, episode five.
But the meaning of Hodor's name and personal vocabulary were revealed When he held the doors, his friend escaped into the darkness.
Well, the internet jumped on this hold the door thing like you'd expect.
But one of my favorite Hodor things is the Hodor door stop that just went up for sale on Etsy.
The Hodor door stopper features a simple brown door stop with an image of our courageous Hodor holding the door.
The item details read that this door stopper will guarantee to hold the door.
Hold door, Hodor.
The Hodor door stopper is on sale for $30 in the Hodor Door Stop Shop being sold by Etsy user TC097483.
In related Hodor news a Game of Thrones fan accidentally guessed the meaning of Hodor's name.
Way back in 2008, while participating in an online forum about Game of Thrones online forum user Myrddin was answering a question posted at the top of the forum which was, What does Hodor mean?
He responded with the following.
The poor guy is just asking someone to hold the door for him, since he's always carrying someone else around.
Else around.
After a while hold the door became hold the door, hold the door, hold door, hodoor.
Dammit!
Hold the door!
His mind finally snapped, and now all he can say is Hodor.
Hodor.
