The two companies have agreed to drop and settle their remaining claims and counter claims.
Apple and Samsung's dispute was over designs and functionality of smart phones Phones and tablets.
The terms of the deal between the two companies are unknown at this time.
Beginning July 2nd, Amazon will roll out a new mode for fire tablets that makes them more like the Echo Show.
The free software update brings Show mode to the Fire HD8 and Fire HD10 with old screen visuals that match elective responses.
Amazon also introduced a show mode charging dock accessory.
As you guess by the name, it a dock that can house and charge a fire HD tablet.
There are two versions.
One for the eight inch tablet.
The other for the 10.
Google is investing 22 million dollars in a mobile operating system called KaiOS KaiOS is meant for feature phones which are still being used by millions of people.
As a part of this deal, KaiOS will integrate Google services into its operating system, including YouTube, Google Maps, Search and Assistant.
Currently the company behind KaiOS works with phone makers like TCL, which sells phones under the Alcatel brand and HMD Global which sells devices under the Nokia brand.
