Here's what's making news on Road Show.
Dodge is finally giving out some real information regarding its Hellcat trouncing Challenger SRT Demon.
It will wear 315 width street legal drag radials on all four corners.
Which is the widest front tire for the tour production vehicle ever.
With some wider fenders to fit that, the demon will be some 3.5 inches wider than a regular Challenger.
According to Volkswagen, heated windshield filaments are for chumps.
The companies new climate wind screen uses a thin layer of silver inside laminated glass to heat up and remove ice build-up.
Additional elements by the wipers prevent them from freezing to the windshield.
The reflective layer of silver is said to reduce the interior temperature by 15 degrees on hot days as well.
Sadly, it's only offered in Europe at the moment.
Ford just issued two new safety recalls.
The first covers about 8000 examples of the 2017 F-150, where a faulty instrument cluster may lose all functionality after starting the truck in cold ambient temperatures.
A simple software reboot will fix this.
The second recall covers a whopping 18 FOCUS and C-MAX cars.
And it involves a body joint that may compromise the structural integrity of the chassis.
Inspect and repairing the body joint will clean that one up.
