Rubber duckey you're the one of three new Monopoly pieces.
Monopoly can cause many an argument due to its cutthroat nature.
Soon we can all fight over the new game tokens including that rubber duck.
This year Year Hasbro shook up things for monopoly.
In February, the thimble got kicked out as a game piece.
This was the result of a poll held by the company that picked up more than 4 million votes.
With world monopoly day on March 19th Hasbro revealed what game pieces are joining the board.
Spoiler, people like birds.
The three new pieces are a penguin, a rubber ducky, and a T-Rex.
For you nerdy types, the T-Rex is displayed in what is believe to be a scientifically accurate posture, leaned over and not upright like that old Godzilla styling.
However, there does not appear to be any feathers on this T. Rex, so likely, it is of the adult variety.
Because monopoly follows a law, similar to the conservation of energy, three game tokens had to be removed for three to join.
The three departing pieces are the wheelbarrow, the boot, and the aforementioned thimble.
The new game pieces will be found in the newest version of Monopoly.
Headed to stores in the fall, so if you need to get a Monopoly game with a boot act now.
