Tricky lid aside, Fast Slow Pro can handle the pressure

[MUSIC] On its surface, it just looks like a pressure cooker. But the Breville Fast Slow Pro can do a lot more. This multipurpose cooker can saute, reduce, And slow cook, along with pressure cooking for some really fast food. Now I really like the multifunctionality of this unit, but it was a little finicky to mess with, especially when you had to get that perfect seal to pressure cook food. For $250 you wouldn't think that you'd have to tighten the lid as much as I ended up having to. Now one thing I really liked about the Brevel was your ability to see your meat before you either slow cook it or pressure cook it. So you can lock in those flavors for some really good meat. But it had a few problems, for example the slow cook function only works for 12 hours, you can't do a long all day cook for chili or nice big cut of. And the brethel will only keep the food warm for a certain amount of time so you really need to make sure that you're not leaving this all day, or all night to cook or else you might come back to a unit tha tis completely shut down. But if you put the problems aside, the brothel fastwell pro is a really cool appliance, because it is like five appliances in one. [MUSIC]
