Just how slim can laptops get?
Well we've got a new contender on the field thanks to the HP Spectre at 10.4 millimeters.
It's the thinnest clamshell laptop ever.
But that's only one of the current crop of very skinny laptops, none of which bulge Past 50 millimeters.
Now, a slim laptop, used to mean something like the Macbook Air.
But, that's 13 inch classic is 17 millimeter thick.
It's really kind of a beast compared to system like the Spectre or the HP Elitebook folio Even Apple has seen the need to slim down some more and the newer 12-inch Macbook is just 13MM thick.
And these super thin laptops don't skimp on feature either.
Some, like the Spectre or the Dell XPS 13 have full Core I-Series processors While the Razer Blade Stealth has an insane multicolored backlit keyboard.
You want 4k screens on this things, no problem.
There's only one thing you're gonna have to get used to once you get a laptop down to about 12 or 13 millimeters thick, there's really only room for a couple of USB Type-C ports So to plug in any USB sticks or other accessories you're gonna need an adapter.
And if you need some more flexibility we even found a convertible that fits the bill.
Lenovo's Yoga 900S has a 360 degree hinge, but is just 12.8 milimeters thick.
