-I'm Nicole Lee, Senior Associate Editor for CNET.com and this is a first look at the T-Mobile G2x by LG.
This is essentially T-mobile's version of the LG Optimus 2X from Europe and it's a really fast phone.
It has 1 gigahertz dual-core Tegra 2 processor--one of the fastest processors out there--really great graphics.
On the front here is a very nice 4-inch WVGA display--very nice and crisp.
And this has Android 2.2 Froyo but it is upgradeable to 2.3 in the future.
On the front, here's a little camera for video calls.
On the back, there's also an 8 megapixel camera lens.
The camera on the back, you can also record in 1080p video.
One of the benefits of the T-Mobile G2x on T-Mobile is that it is compatible with T-Mobile's 4G or HSPA plus network.
This is a very fast speed.
You could get up to 14.4 megabytes per second.
For example, when we access the maps app, it zooms in into the location really quickly because of the GPS on here as well.
There's also a Tegra Zone app that it takes advantage of the graphics processor.
As an example of the Tegra 2 processor, as you can see here, the video looks really crisp and really good.
You can also skip through the video without much latency at all.
Other features of the phone include DLNA support and, of course, Stereo Bluetooth.
As for pricing and availability, we don't know that just yet but it'll be available later this spring.
