You heard right, for $4.00 buyers get a 1.3GHZ quad-core processor, one gigabyte of RAM, a four-inch IPS 960 X 540 pixel display, a 3.2 megapixel rear camera, and a 0.3 megapixel front camera.
It runs Android 5.1 Lollipop, features tool SIM capability, and a 1,415 million battery.
