Could a dishwasher be worth $1,200?
Well the GE Profile series, PEDT750SSFSS certainly makes an admirable Attempts.
It's got the increasingly popular hidden controls here on the upper lip.
It can hold up to 16 place settings.
It's face, it can complete your dishes in an our to two.
And it's pretty quiet.
Rated at 42 decibel.
Tongs on the upper and lower racks will fold down if you need to them to to fit larger dishes.
They also have little ball tips tongs.
Which I didn't think much of at first But it actually helps this dishwasher to not leave water spots.
For our cleaning and drying test, we run the dishwasher on the normal cycle with no added drying options, so the GE's 49% dry score is fine.
It did leave some drops here and there, and some water pools in the bottom of our coffee cups.
But still, the water marks at the very least were kept to a minimum.
It sat in the upper 60s on percent clean, which is good.
The GE PDT750SSFSS would be a great dishwasher at a mid range price point.
As it stands, at 1200, it's pretty good, but keep your eyes open for a discount, if you want this machine.
