>> Hi, I'm Josh Goldman here at CES 2010. It's a first look at the Panasonic Lumix DMC FP3. It's a ultra-compact camera, 14 megapixels with a 3-inch touch screen. But it's not just touch screen controlled, it's a hybrid system allowing you some physical controls along with touch screen commands and the ability to do things like point and focus on subjects instead of just trying to line them up in the viewfinder. It's got a new lens cover design. Just slip it down and the camera turns on really fast. And speaking of fast, Panasonic has been concentrating on improving speeds across the board on its compact cameras. And this camera's no different. Improvements to shutter lag, startup time and autofocus have all been improved across the board. Up front is an internal lens. It's got a 4X optical zoom in there. It's optically stabilized with Panasonic's mega OIS system. It also features 720P HD quality movie recording and it also features HD video recording. I'm Josh Goldman, at that's a look at the Panasonic Lumix DMC FP3.
