>> Hi, I'm Will Greenwald, associate editor at CNET.com and this is the Olympus SP550UZ. This is a seven mega pixel camera in the UZ stands for ultra Zoom, because this is one of the most powerful lenses we've seen. An 18 X magnification with a wide-angle of 28 millimeters so you'll be able to get a nice wide shot and go in farther than you probably have before to get a close-up. It has a nice number of other features besides the 18 X lens, such as program, aperture, shutter and manual modes, lots of manual settings to tinker a round with. and even though this lens alone is pretty beefy, it has a threaded barrel so you'll be able to get accessory lenses to get a wider shot or an even more powerful zoom with this camera. A waterproof casing is also available for the camera, but that will cost probably a little bit more. With one of the most powerful lenses we've seen in the midrange camera and a nice set of features, this could be a very good choice if you want to get the closest far off shot you can think of. I'm Will Greenwald and this is the Olympus SP550 ultra Zoom.
