LG SH7B offers cinema thrills in a compact form factor

The LG SH7 is a $400 soundbar with a wireless subwoofer, and in many ways it has smashed our expectations for a product of this type and price.
It performs way beyond expectations, and it also offers a lot of features the competition doesn't have.
The SH7 is part of LG's MusicFlow Multi-room system.
And this will stream most services you could want.
And with the addition of Google Cast, it will also be of interest to Android users.
This LG system will take most connections including HDMI, which is still unusual for this kind of money.
Home theater sound just as bombastic as you would hope for.
The subwoofer is compact, even small.
It really packs a punch during movies.
Of course it's not Superman and it doesn't do everything well.
But it is better than a Yamaha sound bar reference for the same money.
So that's a positive.
