>> Hi, I'm Will Greenwald, associate editor at CNET dot come and this is our look at the Kodak Easy Share V1003 digital camera. It's a fairly stylish camera. It has this nice, smooth, sleek fit frame. It comes in many different finishes so you can get pretty much any color you want. I believe there are seven or eight currently available and that might chance. While it does look very good and I'll be the first to say, it is quite pretty in having many different colors available, it's nice to have a lot of eclectic choices, but the design is not great beyond the look. The buttons are a little bit too small, a little too narrow and they're just hard to really feel out blindly with your fingers. And more importantly, the camera really disappoints in the fields of performance and image quality. You're going to get a lot of lag between pressing the shutter and getting the shot and even more wait between each shot, a few seconds at least. And when you finally do take the shots, the pictures are going to come out very noisy. Honestly, this has produced some of the most noise I've seen all year in any camera I've reviewed. You're not going to get a whole lot of great shots out of it, even if you try really hard and keep the ISO settings low. Even though this camera looks good, it's really not a good choice and I can't recommend it. However if you absolutely need a camera that will go with your shoes, you might want to consider it. I'm Will Greenwald and this is the Kodak Easy Share V1003.
