How to keep the Amazon Tap talking, even without Wi-Fi

Amazon Path lets you take Alexa on the go.
The problem is without wi-fi, echo loses most of her smarts, so here's how you can connect tap to a WIFI mobile hotspot through your phone.
Open your Alexa app and go to settings.
Select your Tap and select and choose update WIFI.
Hold the WIFI button on the back of the Tap for 5 seconds until the lights on the front turn orange.
Connect to tap in your phones wi-fi setting.
Go back to the electa app, scroll to the bottom and select use this device as a wi-fi hotspot.
Enter your network name and password.

Go to your phone settings and turn on the personal hot spot, finally once the [UNKNOWN] says she's connected, return to the [UNKNOWN] app, and tap continue.
