As expected, Google unveiled two phones with the Pixel brand name.
The Google Pixel features a 5 inch screen, the larger model is called the Pixel XL and it has a 5.5 inch screen.
Google chattered that the weird camera on the Pixel series is the best camera on any smartphone available.
Inside the two devices are virtually identical.
In the US, the Pixel phones will be available at Horizon stores and will be sold unlocked at Google's online store.
The Google Pixel starts at $649 and can be pre-ordered now.
The phone will ship in late October.
Google also introduced more products.
Is a new VR headset made with soft microfiber called Daydream View.
It is similar to Samsung's Galaxy Gear VR, and uses a phone as its screen.
Then there's Google WiFi, a new router that can be expanded to increase its coverage area in your home.
Speaking of home, Google detailed its Amazon Echo competitor Google Home.
The smart speaker features Google assistant built right in.
It costs $129 and ships November 4th.
