In CNet appliances test kitchen, we've seen a lot of GE ranges that perform well for a reasonable price.
Well, we see the same thing here with this GE gas range.
This range is equipped with a gas Cook top and a gas oven that performs well even though it didn't set the world on fire in my cook test.
One feature that I really liked about this over is the reversible griddle on the cooktop.
One side has elevated ridges so that you can cook things like meat, hot dogs and such.
On the other side it's flat, which is great for grilled cheese and pancakes.
I really like the versatility that this griddle gives the cook test.
I also liked the ease of use with oven.
You can roll it into your kitchen and use it right away.
Now as I mentioned before, because times weren't Excellent, and some of the cook tests like with our roasted chicken were just okay.
But overall this $1200 oven is a pretty good investment for your kitchen.
