Here's what's making news on RoadShow.
China's Byton is having it's coming out party at CES.
The startup is showing an electric crossover that incorporates everything from self-driving hardware to 5G connectivity and facial recognition.
It even has a billboard-sized screen as the dashboard, another screen in the steering wheel, and Amazon Alexa as a virtual assistant.
Range is pegged at 250 to 325 models, and the company optimistically a home market launch in 2019, followed by the US and Europe a year later.
Let's hope their business model is more robust than other high profile start-ups have proven to be.
Ford's 2018 F-150 is getting a power stroke diesel.
The long rumoured engine option arrives this spring, packing 250 horsepower, and 440 lb-ft of torque.
The three liter V-6 will come mated solely to a ten speed automatic.
Ford says towing capacity is 11,400 pounds, and highway efficiency could clip 30 miles per gallon.

Even if this power stroke option only proves to be moderately successful this pick ups crazy sales volume means that this engine should have a serious effect on diesel sales volumes in the US.
CES is just starting and already chip maker Nvidia is having quite the show.
The Santa Clara based firm has announced that it's AI hardware will power Volkswagens wave of fourth coming electric cars.
Including its ID buzz retro van.
VW plans to use Nvidia's tech to improve user personalization including recognizing people approaching the vehicle and tailoring in car preferences.
At the Las Vegas convention, Nvidia further revealed that its processors will also power Ubers push in to autonomous cars.
That could be a huge deal.
