A voice mail from Santa
It's Tuesday, December 21st.

The FCC set to vote on new net neutrality rules today and it looks like these rules will pass.
The agency claims that the new rules will provide clear guidelines for consumers, service providers, device makers and application developers about the traffic laws of the Internet.
Others are not really so sure that these laws really are
that clear.
Democratic supporters and consumer advocates say that this will put stricter eyes on how Internet traffic is throttled or prioritized.
But, they do worry that it does not provide clear enough rules for wireless traffic.
Congressional Republicans and other opponents of the rules say that the rules are too strict.
The FCC plans to live-broadcast the vote and it will be available to watch later at FCC.gov.
Apple has removed an app from the iPhone App Store that offered access to illegally leaked classified documents from
Wikileaks.
The Wikileaks app gave users access to most of the leak to documentation for a $1.99.
It was available for less than 5 days.
Google is extending free calling in Gmail for all of 2011.
This is Google's service where you can initiate calls inside of your Gmall account.
Google intended to let this be free until the end of the year but now they say it will be free for all of next year too.
This little Christmas bonus is for US users only.
The iPhone 4 works better with a
case, the Kindall works worse with a case.
The new Kindall apparently has problems resetting itself when the non-lighted leather case is on it.
Amazon is issuing refunds for this product if you request one, there is a phone number in the show notes.
And, Google is letting you track Santa again this year on Google Maps and Google Earth.

And finally, remember that 3D simulated sex-game that was made for Microsoft Connect?
Microsoft does not see the value or humor in this game.
Microsoft has said that this is an unintended use of the technology and the game will not pass it certification process in order to hit the
market, no way, no how.
Those are your headlines for today.
But, I will see you tomorrow.
