The FCC set to vote on new net neutrality rules today and it looks like these rules will pass.
The agency claims that the new rules will provide clear guidelines for consumers, service providers, device makers and application developers about the traffic laws of the Internet.

that clear.

But, they do worry that it does not provide clear enough rules for wireless traffic.
Congressional Republicans and other opponents of the rules say that the rules are too strict.
The FCC plans to live-broadcast the vote and it will be available to watch later at FCC.gov.
