SF Motors is the new EV company that wants a piece of Tesla

Now specifically, the SF 5 and the SF 7 would fit in what auto industry lingo calls a crossover. But I find that term a little odd here because it's an origin car from a brand new company with a clean sheet design. It didn't crossover from anywhere but Will be under three seconds from zero to 60. those numbers are impressive, but probably just tablestakes for these kinds of cars from the time they come out. SF Motors will also be offering a range extender option, if you want virtually unlimited range a la Chevy Volt.
