2020 Mercedes-AMG CLA35 is ready to carve some corners

[MUSIC] I do love me a good high horsepower car. But when it comes to attacking those backroad twisties, it's all about small and nimble. So I'm stoked to be here with the 2020 Mercedes AMG CLA35. And I got five things that you definitely wanna know. This is the first time we've had an AMG CLA 35. And Mercedes is hoping this entry level four door with a coupe roofline will bring younger driving enthusiasts into the brand. While a CLA 45 with a bit more hutzpah is also available. This 35 offers up plenty of powers going to 60 miles an hour in less than five seconds. Like other MGs that we've driven this little CLA handles like a dream with adjustable drive modes and a suspension that keeps the sporty little bugger flat as a board around those corners. [MUSIC] MBUX is standard running on a 10.25 inch center screen highlighted by a reconfigurable dash cluster of the same size. However, if you want all the cool tech features like adaptive cruise control and an active steering assist, you're going to have to pony up a little bit more cash. All right, here's the most important thing. That's number five and it is the price. This guy starts at about $46,900, which I think is pretty reasonable but it can easily get up into the mid 60s once you start tacking on all those options.
