Cool photo filters can take a picture from average to amazing, and if you're an Iphone user, regardless of model, you may not realize you have some cool new ones for free that are available in the latest operating system, IOS 12.
Oddly the way to access these new filters is through your messages app.
Start a new message and tap on the camera icon.
Then tap the effects icon that looks like a little star Choose whether you want a regular camera or a front facing camera.
Next step the filters button, the one with the red green and blue circles.
And finally, check out your new filter options comic book and comic Mondo are especially cool, turn your selfie into a superhero.
Also new with iOS 12 or the black and white ink filter and the watercolor filters both color and black and white.
Whatever look you choose, tap the x to close the filter and then snap your pic.
You can then further edit it or end it to your friend.
Whatever photo you send, will automatically be saved in your camera roll.
