>> Hello, I'm Veronica Belmont, associate editor for CNET.com and on today's quick tip, I'm going to show you how to use the private browsing settings in the Safari browser. So, lets think of an example. Say maybe you're trying to find a birthday present for your boyfriend or girlfriend and you're concerned that they're going to go on your computer and follow your history and find out what you're getting them. Well, here's how to cover your tracks. Go to the edit menu and select private browsing. Yea, its that simple. Now your visited webpage's will not be added to the history, downloaded items will automatically be removed from the downloads window. Auto fill info for forms will not be saved, and searches into the Google box won't be added to the popup window when you make another search. So there you have it. Now you can search for birthday presents without fear of discovery. I'm Veronica Belmont, for more quick tips, go to CNETTV.com. Thanks for watching.
