When making a new appointment add a contacts name and contact info by pressing Menu + L\
Last number redial: Hold down Green/Send button\
If you want to contact your favorites from one of their other numbers, press the space bar of that favorite and other contacts appear.\
To assign ringtone, press the Phone button, Contacts, select contact, Edit, select a ringtone.\
