Hey guys, my name is Dean Karnage Kearney, and I'm driving the Oracle Lighting Dodge Viper.
I'm from the south of Ireland, from a place called Waterford.
This is my fifth season in this Chassis in FD.
It's a chassis that's we're always been kinda developing.
If you remember, Samuel Hubinette won a championship in 2004 and 2006 I believe, in a Dodge Viper and he was the only ever guy to have any success in a Viper as such.
And I started driving with Sam in 2011, and the car was a challenge and I loved it.
It was the most challenging car I ever drifted, but whenever you got it right it was super rewarding.
So we kinda started building on the chassis and developing it slowly, but this sport is evolving so fast that if you're not Changing the car every round or so, you're falling behind.
So we have three years of kinda battling to stay in the fight.
And over the last two years, we've actually got a chassis that's been super good and in the kinda top ten in the field.
This car is Still a Dodge Viper motor, it's a generation tree motor, super charged, full forged with pistons, rods, crankshaft, cam, everything like that.
It makes just at 1150 horsepower with the nitros on.
It's absolutely incredible.
When I'm on the track it's like it's like it's fast but you always want more but I took it down the street one day after the dyno and I didn't have all my helmet and stuff and I was like holy this thing is insane fast.
It's that feeling when you don't actually have a helmet on and stuff you get to realize how actually fast.
These cars are.
It's probably the best thing you can do with your clothes on, you know.
Like you're getting to drive around and housing horsepower plus race cars, make loads of tire smoke, airing the back of the car off a wall.
It's pretty impressive, as a driver, and super fun.

I try to not think too much about the whole season and just do every event as it comes.
But I have a bit of a personal challenge in the team with my two teammates that we have a little bit of a rivalry.
Whoever actually qualifies the lowest Has to buy the drinks at the bar on saturday night and stuff.
So yeah, we have a bit of banter, a bit of fun without.
I try not to get caught up in the championship end of it that much, and just focus Focus on what enjoying what we're doing.

When you roll out for top 16 driver introduction, and that feeling of all the fans there, and you stand out of the car, and you look and say, holy, this is place is crazy.
And you get this Feeling of pride and excitement.
Those are the moments that you realize, actually, why you do it.
Put on a show for all the people there, and try and have the best show possible, and the best Harlem Drifting in the world.
But when you rode out on the loin, then, to do your battle, I feel actually very calm when I get.
Back in the car and pull on the line, we just speak on the radio with the team about how we're gonna approach it like what we're gonna do and at this point I have a big smile on my face, and I can't wait for the light to drop, and hit the.
The first corner.
