BMW highest performance car might surprise you.
It doesn't even have a mighty name steeped in history like in five.
Actually there isn't an imminent name at all.
It's called Lucy and if you're scratching your head at that you're not alone.
Lucy is used as a development car for future EV models and make 720 horsepower an 848 pound feet of torque she started life as a current gen m 550 i x drive But it's now powered by electrons alone and its name is meant to evoke Lucifer mean it doesn't but it's meant to.
It's getting increasingly tough to buy American these days not because there's a lack of American automakers, mind you, but Because vehicle production and part sourcing is being shifted overseas or to Mexico or Canada.
Thankfully, the folks from Cars.com decided to do some research and find out which 15 cars on sale today were truly the most American.
The top five models are probably gonna surprise you a little bit.
And three of them are Honda's.
BMW is been on a roll lately with its two wheel motorrad division.
Its looking to keep that moment on going with the new concept bike it just released called the Vision DC.
Vision DC is meant to To evoke BMW's iconic flat twin engines, but instead, it's powered by electric motors.
Now, it's not the prettiest concept on two wheels, but it does hint at seriously interesting future products from the folks who gave us the R nineT.
