My favorite piece is a piece that is a sequel to something I've never seen, which is the Dark Crystal.

I Am 8 Bit is where the geekiest fandoms become cool.
We produce art shows.
Experiences also come into that.
Like there's a cool
Things, fans can interact with.
Bringing game worlds or pop culture worlds to life.
I am [UNKNOWN] was founded over ten years ago and with that pounding, John and Amanda needed a space that can handle pretty much anything they could dream of.
Base where in right now is in old videos.
AKA porn shop.
Yeah, it was a porn shop.
[LAUGH]
[LAUGH] So, when you walk into imay fit, you enter the front gallery, which is the space we're in now.
Sort of combines a gallery wall with a retail wall, and then, if you continue forth into the back, it's a 3,400 square foot warehouse space, and ANd, that can be many things.
One of those many things is Sequel Two, which is an exhibition that gives artists the opportunity to dream up never been produced sequels and prequels for movies that we all know and love.
It's something that looks super real that Warner Brothers or Universal might give to a theater chain but it's
You know, only 20 of these were every made.
Opening night is always a party, there's friendly conversation, drinks, music, video, and of course the art.
They manage to find a nice balance between having art that reflects the population
A lot of people now, and really seeking [INAUDIBLE].
There were some things that really made me think, and at the same time there were a lot of things that really made me laugh.
This is a really cool visualization of something to talk about and joke about.
For many attendees, this wasn't their first time at [INAUDIBLE].
In fact, they come not just for the art, but for the community.
We just wanted to be a very welcoming place, where you could make it what you wanted
Versus being a club, or just a art gallery, or just something else.
It's just meant to be whatever you need it to be.

And we ship worldwide.
There are a lot of people out there who think geek pop culture and fine art shouldn't mix, but fortunately for us, IAM8BIT has a decidedly different opinion.
Art is for everybody, so it's not just about
Putting a poster on your wall, it's about caring about that thing, and having experience with that art, telling a story.
