>> I'm John Falcone, senior editor at CNET.com and this is the XM Mini-tuner. This is basically a portable satellite radio tuner and it's going to be compatible with a lot of XM products going forward. The primary advantage of the mini tuner is that it allows you to basically have a portable XM subscription that you can interface with a lot of compatible products wherever you are. Now the mini tuner itself is pretty tiny. It's about the size of just three compact flash cards that you might use in a digital camera for instance. You just toss in your pocket, bring it with you. And the advantage is, is that it's going to work with home products and mobile products and car radios as well. This is backwards compatible with anything that's XM ready. And in order to do that you need the XM Mini-Tuner dock kit, which we have here. You just pop the mini tuner in there, plug this into your XM ready receiver and you're good to go. But you do need to get a thirteen dollar monthly subscription and that's going to give you full access to the dozens of channels of digital audio content available via XM Satellite radio. The mini tuners going to be helpful in letting you do that with just one device, you won't have to get multiple subscriptions as you have to have had in the past, and if XM keeps its word, it should be compatible with a lot more devices from a whole host of manufacturers moving forward. I'm John Falcone for CNET and this is the XM Mini-tuner.
