We're here at South by South west where Wisconsin Cheese has transported us to Cheeselandia.
Where cheese takes center stage.
Believe it or not, this room will contain up to 3,000 pounds of cheese over the course of the next two days.
Though why bring that much cheese, to South by South West?
We wanted to create an entire state fair experience, because cheese makes people happy, state fairs make people happy.
We thought we could put it all together for the folks here at [UNKNOWN].
To get you into that state of rind, Wisconsin Cheese created a state fair, complete with a Ferris wheel and a magician.
And yeah, did we mention cheese?
[UNKNOWN] A new cheddar believe I tried every single kind of cheese.
I'm talking, dough, caraway [UNKNOWN], Red Rock, Black Pepper BellaVitano, Dunbarton Blue, Balsamic BellaVitano, mild cheddar, Merlot BellaVitano.
Grand cruiser, the Rattlesnake, the fun, Saks and Alpine style.
Cranberry chipotle cheddar, aged brick, and apple smoked cheddar.
Cheeselandia is a state of mind.
A mystical place that anybody can be Be transported to immediately just by eating a piece of Wisconsin cheese.
Now that I've had so much cheese, all of the cheese, I have one thing to say to you, it was pretty gouda.
