Hello, I am Seamus Byrne and here at CNET we're going to run a little survey called what's in your bag.
The idea being we often do surveys that might talk about what you own, but it's a different thing when you're talking about the kinds of tech that you do carry with you every day.
So we wanted to ask you about.
The things that you carry with you everyday in your bag or your pocket, wherever you might carry it, the stuff that really matters to you enough that you carry it with you all the time.
So as an example we thought we'd dig around in my own bag, and I'll pull out all the tech that I carry with me everyday.
To give you the idea of what we're looking for.
So this is my beloved bag and let's take a look inside at the tech that it's hiding.
Well, first it's low tech.
Just a classic moleskin.
And my sunglasses.
My headphones, a packet all by Sennheisers.
Portable headphones and little old wallet clip that I rarely use but it's still in my bag these days.
And we have my laptop, of course.
Macbook Air 13 inch.
Then we go into the first couple of pockets.
I carry a 3DS with me everyday, my very happy Zelda special edition 3DS XL.
In this pocket, I have my Kindle, it's with me at all times.
Of course, if I am carrying something like a Moleskin, I would probably have a pen to write with, which makes sense.
And I carry some wet wipes because I'm a dad.
Kids need them at all times.
An iPad, jello skin cover.
And that is basically everything that's in my bag.
Of course, we're not just talking about what's in your bag.
We're talking about what's in your pockets, too.
And of course my smartphone is in my pocket all day as well.
So that is what I carry with me.
That's about 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 main tech devices plus headphones plus a little lens adapter.
And things like that.
So that is what I carry.
But we also want to know what is in your bag.
So take the survey, and let us know.
And we're going to find out some really interesting things about the way Australians are carrying tech in their bag every day.
