They say you can't work yourself out of a bad diet, but with the Tao Chair you can work out while eating a bad diet.
And it's based around isometric movement, so you're not doing.
Reps or anything like that.
You can really feel it working like your core.
I can feel it working my lats right now.
I feel it working biceps.
And you can push as well, get some forearm action in there, get some more core action in there.
You can also work the legs too, you can push your, I have giant legs, but I can get them under there a little bit.
Get my legs under there, and kind of lift my legs up.
And kinda lift up.
It's really kinda awkward.
Maybe a little bit offensive, I don't know.
But, you know, I'm try, I'm, I am feeling it in my thighs right now.
You know, I feel it in my quads, feel it in my core, a little bit.
You also have this LCD screen right here, tracks your calories burned.
Per session.
You know, when you're watching a game or watching a movie or something like that.
Also tracks the calories burned since you had the chair from the beginning.
I have 20, 20 calories burned so far.
Now if I can just hold this for an hour.
[UNKNOWN] I'll be in a good position [UNKNOWN].
Tao is planning to have the chair available by Holiday 2015.
There's no pricing yet.
Hopefully they get it out in time for the next Super Bowl.
All right let's get an isometric hold here.
