How United Airlines prepares a Boeing 777 between flights

[MUSIC] The station operation center has folks from every work group here united and clothing some of our vendors and contractors that help support the operation. My name is Bryan Quigley and I'm responsible for everything from safety, security, customer service. Ramp operations, work with the local communities, the airport authority and the city to manage United's operation here. We have one duty manager who is responsible for pretty much what goes on on the floor. And then we have zone controllers that control the operations at the gates. We have some folks from ramp operations who ensure the bags connect properly [MUSIC] Every departure starts with a good arrival. [MUSIC] It's really important to make sure that all these things are happening concurrently.
