NBA Twitter is one of the most exciting and entertaining, and I find insightful parts of Twitter because it is always on.
It is 24/7.
And you get all these amazing perspectives constantly.
So what we're Always looking for an opportunity to do is, how do we enrich the conversation that is happening?
And the conversation about NBA has been happening on Twitter from day one, when we started the company.
So one way to enrich it is one, giving people more to see and more angles to see them.
And then two is participation.
So we're doing both, we're enabling people to participate by voting On who they like to focus on and then also streaming that right in the app, right where the conversation is.
We think it's a great complementary experience to watching the game, whether you're there or watching it on television.
Absolutely, I'll just add that I think what's changed extensively since the ten years now since Since we launched our property on Twitter, it's become a video platform.
And I think to Jack's point, it's all about the here and now.
And I think that as the NBA has become, thanks to ESPN and Rachel the way you cover us, So that we have a 24/7 following, and it's all year round now.
And we do it in the league office, because so much of what happens isn't what's being officially sanctioned by the league, or once a trade is official, but what the conversation is.
So we're like everyone else.
We're going to Twitter to find out.
And it becomes this virtuous circle, because If that's where the activity is that's where people are going.
People want to participate in that.
It's interesting and journalist, whether you're a journalist on ESPN or Turner or whoever's covering us, is also living in that universe on Twitter as well and so what this now next step is I'd say it's still called an experiment.
It's interesting, it's just coincidence that we're following David Levy, but it's with Turner, and so what we're doing beginning at All Star in the second half of the game is Jack said it's In essence it's the user participation in that there's a vote in terms of what player they're most interested in following with a single camera and then you can follow that on Twitter with a separate set of announcers talking to that sort of separate universe of followers frankly many of whom don't necessarily subscribe to pay TV And so, and that's where we're in a bit of a transition because we know and David Levy understands this as well that there also is generally a younger audience that they're cord nevers or they're cord cutters that aren't subscribing up PayTV in the way I grew up or in the way our business started But still consume massive amounts of MVA, so this gives them an opportunity to see my video.
