I'm Ben (Aikman?) and we are here taking a look at the Toshiba Portege z835 and now that's an ultra book and it looks pretty familiar you might go.
What do we already look at this laptop but we did but that was the Z835 P330 model.
This is a P370 model and the difference is that the first one was $800 of fantastic value considering.
It had a 128 gig SSD and it was really the least expensive ultra book that we have seen today.
This more expensive version is about $1,050 we've seen for a little bit less big difference is the original had an intel core i3 CPU that's how (??) save some money.
This version just had a main stream core i5 CPU versus of what we have seen in other ultra books.
So how this new version stuck up against the competition and there's a lot of ultra book competition now, performance wise is just fine.
It's got the same core i5 CPU lots of other ultra books and it's actually 6 gig of RAM versus 4 and a lot of other models but at the same time we forgave a lot of the designed things that we did like so much about this particular laptop in the $800 version because with so many expensive.
When have the same exact (body?) with the same problems and it's a thousand dollars will then save yourself I gotta get the HP version or the Dell version for even less and that's I see a nicer overall experience.
I think our main complains here or that the lead lots of flex on the lead, keyboard very shallow keys especially the space bar very short there, I missed a lot while typing and the touch pad the multi touch gestures, okay but these left and right mouse buttons very (??) and (cloggy?) a lot of the other who have a click pad with a built the mouse pad but features right into a big pad.
It did however through on bluetooth so you're also getting a little bit extra for a thousand bucks versus your 800.
That's (said?) as a bargain ultra book we'd like the DZ835 a lot as one that's expressing the same as the pretty much other guys I think there are nicer looking ones out there.
