Twitter has released it's top tweets and trends for 2017.
And, it's safe to say it's been a year of ups and downs.
One moment we were celebrating free chicken, the next, we were mourning devastation around the world.
The most retweeted tweets shine a light on just how tough 2017 has been.
There were fundraising efforts for the floods in Houston.
Calls for suicide awareness, including a heartbreaking tribute after the death of Linkin Park frontman Chester Bennington.
And a tribute to the Manchester bombings.
But it wasn't all heartbreak.
Barack Obama rated three times in the top ten most retweeted tweets.
Thanking people of the United States after years as President, and calling for unity after the white supremacist violence in Charlottesville.
And the most retweeted tweet of 2017?

2017 was also kinda big in politics and inauguration day became the most viewed live streamed broadcast on Twitter in January.
But not everyone was on board with the new president.
The most retweeted athlete title went to LeBron James for calling Donald Trump a bum.
In sport, the top five hashtags were all football-related.
That's soccer for you NFL fans.
But don't worry, @NFL beat out Manchester United for the top Twitter handle in sports in 2017.
And in pop culture, Justin Bieber and the boys of One Direction had to step aside.
The most tweeted about celebrities of 2017 were Korean boy band BTS.
