This more affordable Bonavita coffee maker can tackle a lot of the things that its more pricey siblings can.
For instance, it offers premium brew performance at a price that is definitely hard to beat.
It's also small, compact.
That means you can sit it into your kitchen counter top without any problems.
And it's also very simple to operate and easy to clean.
But Bonavita did cut some corners here.
The carafe is glass and it uses a hot plate which is something that a lot of people do not like.
A lot of people prefer a thermal carafe that will keep your coffee hot For hours.
It also isn't the best thing to keep your coffee on a hotplate for hours.
Even if it's at the same temperature, you're gonna lose a lot of the flavor and delicious quality, if it's just exposed to the air like that.
The biggest problem I have with this coffee machine, though, is It's build quality it's a little bit cheaper, using plastic instead of a lot of the stainless steel you find in other coffee makers.
It feels lighter, essentially just feels a lot less durable than other machines I've used.
So in a nut shell this Bonavita machine makes excellent coffee at a price that's very affordable but definitely you're gonna make a trade off here in terms of design and built quality.
