We're here with 00 robotics.
This is their brand new v copter Falcon by copter drone.
And what's special about it is that it can fly on one charge for almost an hour.
Drones are everywhere at CES 2020, but none of them can stay in the air for as long as you want them to.
Even the high end consumer models can stay airborne for only about 20 to 30 minutes tops.
But ZeroZero Robotics is changing all of that with its V.Coptr Falcon.
This spy copter with 249 grand.
So no license needed and has dramatically resetting the bar for what you can expect at least the longevity from $1,000.
drone.
It can deliver about 15 minutes.
That's five nearly an hour of flight time thanks to its unique to propeller design.
Now it uses the same type of battery you'll find in other consumers quad propeller drones But instead of four rotors the Falcon has just the two, which tilt.
That gives it greater aerodynamics and extended time in the air.
All of which translates into longer travel distances.
Zero Zero says the Falcon can fly more than four miles on a single charge.
That also means you can get way more shots during a single flight.
The Falcons gimbal mounted lens records 4k video at 30 frames per second and takes 12 megapixel photos.
We also got a sneak preview of 00 robotics next design, codenamed project D. It's an even more lightweight version of the Falcons that will fly just as long but costs considerably less CEO Wang manky wouldn't disclose the price, but expects it to hit the market in Q2.
The V COPTR Falcon however is on sale now for 999 and we'll ship next month.
We are in the south Hall of the Las Vegas Convention Center here at CES 2020.
And there are drones all over the place.
This one though, the VCoptr Falcon, has the distinction of being able to fly for about 50 minutes.
That's pretty special.
Stay tuned to CNet for all the news from CES 2020.
