Hello, everybody.
It's Lynn La from CNET.
And today, we're gonna check out the LG Revere 2 from Verizon.
As you can see, the Revere 2 is a simple feature phone, and it's aimed for people who are just looking for the necessary basics.
On the front here is a .98-inch display that shows the time, date, and battery status.
Inside, you'll get a 2-inch color display with a 176x220 pixel resolution, and a very friendly user interface.
Here, you could see options to launch your messages, the
menu, and contacts.
Some features include a calculator, a calendar, and an alarm clock.
You also get some very, very basic internet capabilities like a mobile web browser and e-mailing.
It also has a 1.3 megapixel camera which you can access using the shortcut button here on the right.
The camera could take photos up to 1280x960p, and there are some editing features like white balance and color effects.
Additional features include a 1 ampere/hour battery which translates to a reported talk time of up to 7 hours, Bluetooth, and
a 2.5 millimeter headset jack.
If you're interested, the handset is going for about $80 with a two-year contract.
Again, I'm Lynn, and this has been Verizon's LG Revere 2.
