Take a trip down memory lane with Google Maps Timeline
If you use Google Maps on your Smartphone, there's a good chance your timeline is already filled with places you've visited.
Timeline is available on the Android version of Google Map, but it's best viewed on a desktop browser.
To get started, head to google.com/maps/timeline.
Here, log in with your Google account.
You'll see a world map with markers on the places you've gone.
You can also zoom in particular cities to get a more detail view and click on dots to see address or point of interest.
It's a neat way to look back on places you visited during a vacation or even just your weekend trip.
And if you'd rather not have Google track your whereabouts, you can check out our tutorial on how to disable it on cnet.com.
