>> Hi I'm Bonny Cha, senior associate editor at CNET.com. And today we're taking a first look at the Sprint Mogul by HTP [assumed spelling]. Sprint customers, I know you've been waiting for a while for a new smart phone, so you've got one finally. This is a upgrade to the Sprint PPC6700, just about two years old, so it's getting, it's aging. It, they revamped the design, they took out the external antenna. So it's thinner, but it's actually a little bit heavier. That cover is a little plasticky and cheap, so I'm a little concerned to see if it'll hold up after some use. Also the navigation toggle in here in front, it's a little stiff and sticky, so just be aware of that. If you slide it open you get the keyboard. It has some nice roomy keys here. There isn't much spacing, but you shouldn't have problems cause the buttons are pretty tactile and large. Inside you've got Windows mobile six, professional edition, so you've got all the enhancements, the condor [assumed spelling], as well as email. It's got Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and EVDO, so it's stacked in the wireless department. Also has an upgraded two megapixel camera, so that's good as well. The speakerphone quality was a little bit on the low side, and it also can slow down if you have numerous applications open.

Otherwise performance is pretty good, general call quality was great. So at launch it'll be four hundred dollars, so start saving your pennies right now. And also they will release an upgrade so you can use the Sprint music store service with this device. I'm Bonny Cha, and this has been the Sprint Mogul by HTP.
