This is CNET, and here are the stories that matter right now.
According to VentureBeat, the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 specs have been confirmed.
It will feature a 6.3 inch screen, and a slightly larger battery than the S8 Plus.
The device will make use of a custom Samsung chip, and receive a RAM boost over the S8, and it will also offer an expandable micro SD slot.
Samsung's new device will also offer quick charging and wireless charging when it debuts sometimes next month.
It's been a year since Instagram Story first debuted.
And now its daily user count has surpassed Snapchat.
It's even raised the average time spent with the app for those 24 and under to 32 minutes a day and 24 minutes a day for users 25 and older.
Perhaps even more impressive is that half of the businesses registered with Instagram have produced at least one story in the last month.
And finally, facebook will be updating its news feed to give higher rankings to sites that load quicker.
The company doesn't expect this to change results around dramatically but instead it's attempting to make sure that its users don't need to wait to open shared links from friends.
