>> Hi, I'm Senior Editor David Katzmaier from CNET.com and I'm with the Samsung LN-T4661F. This is a 46 inch flat panel LCD TV. It's Samsung's least expensive 1080p model at this size but, of course, it still has plenty of features as you'd expect from any HD TV. We really like most aspects of the picture quality on this set. It delivers a nice deep black level and primary colors were very accurate. Although the grayscale was a little bit redder in dark areas than we'd like to see. There was also a little bit less shadow detail than a lot of the best LCDs and plasmas and when you look at this TV from off angles it does get a little bit redder and more washed out than we'd like to see but overall very good picture quality for a flat panel LCD. In terms of design the Samsung is a very slick looking TV. Again its got glossy black all around the edge of the screen. The speakers are mounted on the bottom but you can't really see them because they're hidden. There's this little lip hidden along the bottom edge of the frame that deflects sound into the room. Samsung does include a nice oval stand here and it gives you a little bit of swivel action from side to side, which is nice if you want to sit on one side of the couch and get the TV angled right towards you. One of the greatest things about this TV is the number of picture adjustments in the menu. When we go into the menu system there's all kinds of things you can do including changing the gamma, you can adjust the color temperature, fine tune it, you can even change the color gamut. So if you're the kind of person who likes to tweak the picture quality settings you're going to find a lot to like on this TV. Around back there's two HGMI inputs, one PC style RGB inputs and two component inputs and happily there's a third HGMI input along the side panel, which does add to a lot of connectivity of this set.
