-Brian Tong here at CES 2011 and right here next to me is Samsung's HT-D7100.
Now, what this is, is a home theater all-in-one cubic design speaker system.
It's 2.1 sound and if you check this out, you can actually separate the parts and kinda lay them out differently, depending on your living space.
We have one down here that's more all compact together.
This one is kind of arranged like a row books.
Now, what makes this unique is
its Blu-ray player in there.
It's just packed like all the others.
It'll have access to Samsung's Smart Hub, so, that's all your video services and apps as well.
This does 2D to 3D conversion; SD to HD conversion.
Now, this 2.1 surround sound system also has a technology called 2D Sound Plus which simulates 3D in your room for smaller spaces.
It also supports Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD audio as well.
Now, there's no set pricing for this system yet, but we do expect to see it sometime in the first half of 2011.
But, there you have it, our first look at Samsung's HT-D7100, their home theater all-in-one design.
They're a cubic design which is stylish.
And you know?
I like style.
